This document describes how the website www.lalobster-cantov.com (hereinafter “the website”) manages the processing of personal data of users who access it. Following access to this website, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals (hereinafter “user”) may be processed. The Data Controller is La Lobster canto V (hereinafter “Controller”). As of today, all relevant information about the Controller, including the updated list of Data Processors and System Administrators, is available at the registered office in Via Gallarate 131, 20156 Milano (MI) - Italy / info@lalobster-cantov.com.

Purpose, Lawfulness, Types of Data Processed, and Data Retention Criteria

1. Browsing Data

Processing is limited to what is necessary to achieve the stated purposes and excludes any data processing that can be done using anonymous information.

Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed (i.e., made known to specific subjects) to:

  • Entities entitled by national or EU law
  • Employees or collaborators of La Lobster canto V, within their respective duties
  • Appointed Data Processors and Authorized Personnel, in compliance with the Regulation

Personal data will not be disseminated (i.e., disclosed to an undefined number of subjects).

Social Network Plugins
