Returns & Shipping
Express Shipping – 24/48 Hours
Products are shipped via express courier and typically delivered within 24 to 48 business hours from the order confirmation. For deliveries to islands (such as Sicily, Sardinia, and other minor islands), please allow up to 72 business hours for delivery.
Please note: the above delivery times apply only to products that do not require a production or preparation time. For items that do require additional time before dispatch, the expected production lead time is clearly specified on the respective product page.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping (EU) with the same estimated delivery time of 24/48 business hours from the time the package is dispatched. Please note that delays due to customs processing are outside of our control. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched the tracking code will be made available in your personal account, under the "My Orders" section, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will make up to two (2) delivery attempts to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the package will be placed in temporary storage at the courier’s facility. We will contact you to assist with the release or rescheduling of the delivery.
Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date the product is received, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. Variations in handcrafted ceramics are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
